Help us prevent corruption, corporate crime, and inappropriate behavior. GreenLab is a part of Norlys, therefore a part of Norlys whistleblower policy. If you wish to make a report, it must be submitted through Norlys’ Whistleblower Portal.

The Norlys/GreenLab whistleblower portal gives you a secure and confidential way to report serious violations and misconduct. Your report can make a real difference by helping to prevent financial loss, protect reputation, and ensure a healthy and safe working environment for everyone.

You can report concerns such as:

Violations related to financial services
Suspicions of money laundering or financing of terrorism
Breaches of data protection and privacy regulations
Criminal offenses, including:
- Breach of confidentiality
- Misuse of financial resources
- Theft, fraud, and bribery
Serious or repeated violations of laws and regulations
Sexual harassment or other abusive conduct in the workplace
Serious interpersonal conflicts, including discrimination based on race, political or religious beliefs, etc.
Severe breaches of workplace health and safety standards

What should not be reported here?

Less serious matters – such as dissatisfaction with salary, collaboration issues, or violations of internal policies (e.g. smoking or alcohol use) – should be addressed through regular channels such as your direct manager, HR, or Customer Service.

Important to know:

The whistleblower system must not be used to make deliberately false accusations.
You can choose to report anonymously or include your identity.
If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not include any personal information in your report.
You can create a Secure Box to communicate about the case – fully anonymously and securely.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
